Project Overview
Premom came to be after it’s inspiration from easy@Home brand ovulation test strips which helped millions of women achieve pregnancy.Premom app is a unique and innovative ovulation predictor app that is simple, effective and affordable for all women who are trying to conceive. On the fertility niche market in US, it is the only app not relying solely on an algorithm, but uses visualized bio-marker results and charts to ensure it’s accurate predictions
1. Closely worked with project PM on user user research and market research to find our best segmentation among fertility competitors.

2. Worked on design team with design head on iterating ux solutions based on dev data

3. Handed quality UI design files to dev teams along with the requirement documentation in Figma and Axure

The Goal of Retention

·      Improve the retention with the goal to achieve 60% after day 1 for IOS and 40% for Android in 3 months after the new program launched.
·      Grow the test users to 65% from current 44%.
