Challenge

⚖️ Legal processes are inherently complex, and integrating AI into these processes can introduce additional layers of abstraction.

As a Founding UX designer, I am not just drawing interfaces—designing user behavior and system trust. And when working with legal data or AI-generated legal outputs, here are some additional questions i think of:

1. Does the UI clearly show what is AI-generated vs. human-verified?
2. If something goes wrong, can the user trace what happened?

Start with a hypothesis

Validation
👁️ Understand users and find market fit
My strategy to work in fast paced start up is trying continuous, lightweight iterations instead of a rigid double diamond process. After have user flows and low-fi ready, i validated fast with engineers, PMs, or internal users before scaling.

The takeaways here: always look out for support. In my case, i saved my time work weeks on doing personas, since the PMs are really doing a great job on strategic business work with the stakeholder.
